  • Food safety matters, a winning strategy against Salmonella
  • Demonstration of sampling methods in the farm, hatchery, feedmill
  • Control of zoonotic pathogens : vaccination, water treatment, farm management, feed additives
  • Different diagnostic tests for Salmonella, Campylobacter, Antimicrobial resistance, pro’s and con’s
